Vista

Finally. Windows 7 is coming out on the 22nd of October. I am a vista owner and although there are several problems with it, it is overall, for me at least is fine. It is annoying having to give administrative access to everything sometimes and sometimes you have to do things completely differently on Vista as opposed to other operating systems. It is however, in my opinion, quite easy to use on a day to day basis. So overall although vista is fine I cannot wait to switch to windows 7 as I have read that it is much better.

    Nice insight. I have never been a Windows user and it is good to read someones opinion on Vista, which, from what i have read, had many issues when it was launched.

    Personally, I'm a Mac person, though this is an interesting point. It is interesting that they are coming out with a new version and that it is said to have advancements and be more reliable, because perhaps Vista will improve and become more widely used.

    For me Vista has given me enough aggrivation that I do not plan to try it out. My computer has been slowly dying and I plan to make the leap to a Mac.
